All online orders will be processed the same day, or next working day if placed in the evening, weekend or bank holiday. Once an order has is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email within the first seven days. All orders include VAT.

Our lead time can vary depending on the time of the year and factors beyond our control. We deliver five days a week, six during our peak season. We delivery between 8am and 7pm. During our peak season, you will not receive a delivery time slot.

If the balance has is paid, and the area where the shed is to be built can easily be identified, then we would not require someone to be home. If you have an outstanding balance, we will require someone to be home to pay the outstanding balance.

Yes, we can take away your old shed up to a 9 x 6. The price for this starts at £95. We do not take away any windows, felt or contents as we only use a wood recycling facility. We require a photo of the shed to provide a price.

It is essential to have a flat level base. We recommend concrete, slabs or a wooden base for the shed to sit on. If your ground is uneven, we can supply and fit a wooden staked base, subject to approval. If your base is deemed unsuitable, your shed will be left at the property for you to fix the base and a delivery date will be arranged at the office for the return. The charge will be £65 for bases up to 4 x 4, £85 for up to a 7 x 5 or £95 for base sizes up to and above 9 x 6.

All our sheds are dip treated. Please ensure that you treat your shed as soon as possible. A minimum of two coats on the outside and one on the inside should be applied, use a treatment that has been recommended for SMOOTH wood and has an ANTI-FUNGICIDAL agent as well as a WATERPROOFING agent.

Yes, all of our sheds come with ventilation between the roof and the eaves. The size of the ventilation varies depending on the size and type of shed you order.

We don’t recommend having the ventilation covered as this will cause mould and dampness. If you choose to cover the ventilation this will void your warranty.

If our installers, on arrival to your premises, deem the premises, (including the access route or site of base) to be in a state that may carry risk to them or the product, we reserve the right to deliver the product to a safe point on or at the entrance of your premises without installation. The charge will be £65 for bases up to 4 x 4, £85 for up to a 7 x 5 or £95 for base sizes up to and above 9 x 6 for us to return and build later.

From time to time, severe weather conditions (heavy snow, strong winds, storms) may occur, which may mean that we are unable to deliver and install your product. We will act as quickly as we can to inform you and to reschedule the delivery and installation of the product as soon as is reasonably practicable.

If an event outside our control delays our supply of the products, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the event.
